If a Borrower and a Lender enter into a contract as a result of our Service, we will be paid a commission by the Lender. If another party (an Introducer) introduces a Borrower to us, we may also be obliged to pay commission to the Introducer.

The Service offered through our platform is only available to you which have fully registered to use the Service in accordance with and subject to these Terms and Conditions. The Service can only be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Service.

We do not provide debt counselling or debt advice. You may find contacting the Business Debtline or Citizen Advice useful if you require support.

We cannot guarantee that our Service will be successful for you, neither are we obliged to provide our Service to you.

Our remuneration

We do not directly charge you for helping you arrange your debt finance. We are remunerated by way of a commission payment payable by the Lender. The nature of this commission payment and the effect on the interest rate you might pay will vary from Lender to Lender and is dependent upon a number of factors including (but not exclusive to) asset type, product chosen and customer circumstances and credit status.

If commission is to be paid, you will be informed. You are entitled, at any time, to request information regarding any commission payment which we may have received as a result of placing your finance with a Lender. This information will be available from Hylend Limited within 48 hours of your funding being approved and you can request it by emailing contact@hylend.co.uk or telephoning +44 (0) 1386 904 881.
